For online purchase:
1) Above $50: FREE Delivery.
2) Less than $50, delivery charges for:
i) ALL items: $2.
Our delivery timing usually takes 2-10 working days.
There could sometimes be delays due to the Covid situation or during holiday periods. We seek your understanding on this aspect.
Our dispatch riders do deliver on weekends.
We don't deliver to the restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval base, Police HQ,Prison complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) ans island areas eg. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Sentosa Island, Southern Islands and Lazarus Island. We also don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. We'll do whatever we can to help! Do contact us ASAP at email@example.com if you need to make amendments. Sometimes the delivery maybe processed by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we seek your understanding that there may be further delay in your delivery.
Due to whatever circumstance, the parcel is not delivered in our first attempt, there will be a second attempt. Should the second delivery fail, there will be an new charge for the third delivery attempt. So please ensure the address and all information is keyed in correctly.
We are currently only delivering within Singapore. Thank you for your patience. We will keep you updated once we are able to ship overseas.

Returns & Exchange
Yes you may. You are entitled to an Exchange within 5 days, as long as the Splashing Monkey Product is in a new and/or resellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact.
We do not issue refunds. However, you can exchange for a similar value product. If your second item’s value is lower than your first purchase, we do not refund the balance.
We are unable to process an Exchange (not limited to) the following conditions:
Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained/not returned in a resellable condition;
Products with Tags cut off;
Products that have appeared worned, dusty, dirty, stained
Products without receipt.
You may exchange your exchange within 5 days.
A) Online purchase:
i) You will need to email us within 3 days of receiving the parcel at:

ii) Mail the package back to us (at your expense) at:

iii) Only upon receiving the package, we will see if the item exchange is approved. We reserve the right to reject an exchange not limited from the above-mentioned conditions.
iv) We will then mail it to you the exchanged product (Delivery charges will apply, and will be borne by you) if you've requested to mail them back to you.
v) Alternatively, you can come to our retail outlet to do the exchange on the spot (Conditions of the returned goods to be assessed before they can be exchanged).
B) Retail purchase:
Please bring along your receipt and the goods (in good condition) to our shop within 5 days for exchange. We reserve the right to reject an exchange not limited from the above conditions.
